All university faculty should complete an annual Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure form by September 30.
The UNCG annual disclosure is required for all faculty (9 month, 12 month, and part-time), including adjunct faculty members and EHRA staff members.
The disclosure form must be completed using the Cayuse Outside Interests module.
UNCG’s Office of Research Integrity oversees the COI process and provides various help documents and how-to videos on an Outside Interests resource page and on it’s Conflict of Interest main page.
In addition to the annual COI disclosure, faculty must submit a separate research-based COI disclosure form prior to submitting an external funding proposal (contract, grant, fellowship, etc.). More info on the research-based COI disclosure can also be found on the COI resource page.
