The Fulbright Specialist Program has issued an “Open Call” for applications to a small number of available Fulbright Specialist projects. Application materials are due July 10, 2023.
If you are not currently on the Fulbright Specialist roster but otherwise meet all other program criteria for admission to the roster, you may submit preliminary application materials for consideration by the host institution. Candidates applying to an Open Call may wait to apply to the Roster until after they receive a decision from the host institution, but final selection for such a project is contingent upon admission to the Roster and approval by the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board.
