Play, Research, Repeat: A Faculty & Student Emerging Media Showcase

This interactive showcase featuring faculty research, student-created games, and live gameplay demonstrations from ARCADE and Videogaming & Esports Studies (VES) and other emerging media scholars. Combining the energy of an open house with the accessibility of a poster session, the event invites students, faculty, staff, and community members to explore how gaming, digital creativity, esports, and interdisciplinary research intersect across the Arts & Sciences. Attendees can play student-made games, meet creators and researchers, and experience innovative work happening at UNCG.

The showcase creates a public space where play, research, and creativity intersect, connecting students, faculty, and community through interactive experiences that highlight innovation, collaboration, and emerging media work at UNCG.
