Everyone is welcome to join the creative writing community at a book release celebration for Ever After, Fred Chappell’s final collection of poetry. Chappell was the state’s poet laureate from 1997–2002 and a professor at UNCG for forty years; in his final book, the celebrated writer reflects on life and the beyond in a spirited and friendly farewell. Free and open to the public.
