B.A. in Liberal & Interdisciplinary Studies
Offering fully-online, interdisciplinary majors in the Humanities and the Social Sciences, the Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies is a bachelor’s-completion program designed for working adults who have at least 60 transferable credits toward a Bachelor’s degree, or who have already completed an Associate of Art or Associate of Science.
Concentrations in General Psychology, Humanities, Professional Studies, Religious Studies, and Social Sciences also available.

B.S. in Professional Studies
The Professional Studies program develops the transferable skills that today’s employers need — skills that are applicable to virtually any industry. Areas of focus include Health & Wellness, Arts, Entertainment, & Media, Service, or Self-Designed.

B.A. in HISTORY
Our B.A. in history is the only fully-online program of its kind offered in North Carolina. This degree focuses on content in the U.S., Europe and “wider world” geographic areas with a goal of understanding the human past from the perspective of the people who lived it.
Concentration in Public History also available.

B.A. in Ancient Mediterranean Studies
Ancient Mediterranean Civilizations concentration
UNCG’s online Bachelor’s in Ancient Mediterranean Studies explores the cultures, literature, and archaeology of the civilizations of the ancient Mediterranean world with a focus on Greece and Rome.

B.A. in Philosophy
Ranked as one of the best online philosophy programs in the nation, our online bachelor’s in philosophy prepares students for careers in law, health care ethics, and more. This bachelor’s can be completed 100 percent online or combined with face-to-face classes for main campus students.
Concentration in Pre-Law also available.

B.A. in Liberal & Interdisciplinary Studies
Religious Studies Concentration
This religious studies degree is fully online and can be completed through seven-week asynchronous courses that allow students to work at their own pace. Students pursuing a religious studies degree explore world religions, as well as exciting courses on topics such as Goddesses, Witches, Cults, Yoga, and Mysticism. Professional tracks for Digital Spirituality and Pre-Divinity are also offered with this program.

M.A. in Liberal & Interdisciplinary Studies
Learn the tools and procedures of the applied systems needed to ask the hard questions, find relevant evidence, and communicate with others to develop collaborative, creative solutions.

M.S. in Sustainability & Environment
Ranked no. 10 in the nation, our M.S. in Sustainability & Environment can be completed 100 percent online. Certificate options are also available to strengthen your sustainability credentials without the full commitment to the master’s degree.

M.S. in APPLIED STATISTICS
The M.S. in Applied Statistics degree at UNC Greensboro is designed to provide students with excellent data analytics training and problem-solving skills for employment in various settings such as health and insurance sectors, government agencies, and business entities.

Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Nonprofit Management
Offered through UNCG’s Master of Public Affairs (MPA), a flexible curriculum, relevant coursework, and experienced faculty prepare you to make a positive impact in your community. Gain valuable training to meet the unique challenges faced by nonprofit organizations.
The program also prepares students for future graduate study. Credits earned in the Nonprofit Management program can be applied to UNCG’s MPA.
