Burnout, Vitality, and the Agile Approach: Managing Mental Health and Workload

Seminar/Discussion open to all Faculty/Staff/Graduate Students! For many faculty and graduate students, overwhelming workload and number of responsibilities can have a negative impact on mental health and general well-being.

In this workshop/discussion, we’ll talk about two ends of the workplace well-being spectrum – burnout and vitality – and discuss how strategic approaches known as Agile in software development can be applied to help support workload management and mental health.
