    The Lawn Between College Ave. by the Minerva Statue & the Elliot University Center (EUC) Greensboro, North Carolina, United States

    Students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in the seventh annual Public Republic event on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 8am to 6pm on the lawn between College Ave. and the Minerva Statue.

    Public Republic is an annual, all-day, public reading of all 10 books of Plato’s Republic.
    As Republic is written in a dramatic, dialogical format, and represents a day-long discussion amongst (mostly) friends, we will be bringing this dialogue to life in our performance.
