We are excited to share with you the College of Arts and Sciences’ inaugural UNC Greensboro Expedition trip to Greece. This trip is the first in a series of trips which will give alumni and friends an opportunity to witness the exciting work of our faculty and students first hand.

During this trip to Greece, you will step back to ancient times on excursions led by UNCG’s own associate professor of Classical Studies, Dr. Joanne Murphy, and Dr. Shannon LaFayette Hoque, assistant professor of Classics at University of Massachusetts and a UNCG alumnus. Engage with students in their learning element, explore regional culture, cuisine and wine, and enjoy breathtaking views from your upscale accommodations.

The trip is scheduled for May 30-June 12, 2019. If you are interested, please register by September 24th so that we can guarantee the rates.

Our coordinator for the trip is Christie Soper with Suncierge. Any questions about the trip can be directed to Christie at [email protected].
