Dr. Bernard Fraga is a professor of political science at Emory University. Fraga’s research interests are in the areas of American electoral politics, racial and ethnic politics, and political behavior. He is the author of the 2018 award winning book, “The Turnout Gap: Race, Ethnicity, and Political Inequality in a Diversifying America.”
