Two CAS Faculty are in the spotlight for their books:
Dr. Ignacio López’s edition of Las amazonas de España y La hazaña mayor de Alcides received both the the Mark Smith Soto award from LLC and an publication subsidy grant from ORED in support of its publication.
Dr. Claudia Cabello’s book, Artesana de sí misma: Gabriela Mistral, una intelectual en cuerpo y palabra (Purdue UP, 2018), has just appeared in print. Please join us for the book launch celebration on April 18th at 3:30 in the MHRA lounge. The conference on women writers organized by Claudia starts immediately after the party.
